The 1994 Mediterranean Open was held here, won by Chema Olazabal.Long hitters will enjoy the possibility of cutting the corner on the double dogleg 1 st to set up a birdie opportunity, but pray that the ball is below the pin on his typically quick green.Very pretty views and some spectacular holes, particularly the 14th and the par 3 17th. A very enjoyable round of golf in prospect.

A course of two 9s, the first offering plenty of room, but the back nine rquire far more precision as they wind through steep sided hills. Watch out for the quick, well protected greens.
